🔹Applications of #PCD #boring tools:
#PCD #boring tools are used for machining various tungsten carbide rollers. PCD tips for carbide roller notching.
🔹Advantages of #PCD #notching tools:
* high abrasive resistance and thermal conductivity
* good surface finish
* Long service life. The service life is 20-30 times more than carbide boring tools.
🔹PCD Notching Tools can be divided into about 2 types:
(1) When the diameter is larger than 4mm, the size can be 4.5,5.5 or bigger size as customers’ requirements, we usually use Brazed PCD tips.
(2) When the diameter is smaller than 4mm, which can be about 2.5mm,2.7mm,3.2mm, we usually make it with a full top face.
